Libby previously worked as a flight instructor in Hamilton and Oamaru before making the move to Queenstown.

Nikita has previously worked as a flight instructor in Wanaka and Kapiti, then made the move back down south after itching to fly around the mountains again.

Stu made the great move from New Plymouth to Queenstown to enjoy the lifestyle and his flying career. The best part of the job for him is working with great people and flying over the most amazing scenery in the world. Stu is also an avid hunter, fisher, kayaker, traveller and sword fighter!

Shane has worked in the visitor safety division of a number of national parks responding to emergency calls for service before New Zealand’s mountainous terrain drew him south from the northern hemisphere.

Jared previously worked as a flight instructor in Motueka and Christchurch. He lives and breathes aviation, but when he is not flying, he is loading, dispatching and pushing back big commercial jets.

Ben exchanged the vast plains of Canterbury for the towering peaks of Fiordland. When he's not in the office, you'll often find him exploring the scenic trails around Queenstown or making waves at the local swimming pool.

Safety

Milford Sound Scenic Flights has been operating for over 40 years and are a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approved operator. We run under strict ruling where our modern fleet are subjected to regular maintenance checks as safety is paramount. Our pilots undertake extensive training in mountain flying and all pilots have well above the required flying experience – some even having close to 8000 hours.
